hey I'm not getting much further on splits. I think I kinda hit a dead end on that. But I have pretty well mastered the forearm stand.

HOW DO YOU GET INTO THOSE???

I did like over an hour of yoga, worked on my handstands and other balancing poses and my arms will be sore!!!
